I didn't have a map.
Now I help you build one.
I completed my LL.B in 2010 and went on to law school with no real idea of what I wanted from my career — I didn't even have a CV. Since then, I've qualified twice, and worked across global law firms and international companies. It's turned out well, but not without mistakes along the way.
What I know now is this: if I'd had someone showing me the way, it would have been so much easier. That's the work I do now — for underrepresented, first-generation, overseas-qualified, early-to-mid career, and Gen Z lawyers, as well as lawyer moms, building the kind of career they actually want, not just the one that's expected of them.
Yes, my credentials sound impressive. The mission is what fuels me.
